I asked Jeremy what it was like merging and rebranding in early 2020 –“We pulled it all off remotely. It was a real testament to modern technology and this new environment where small businesses can be formed because of technology, it’s very neat what you can do with just a laptop and internet connection.”
What exactly does IC360 do?
Explaining what IC360 does, Adam says, “We provide the technology which makes it capable of running your business securely and efficiently, with some peace of mind.”
“We provide a platform on which you can grow as your business grows, adding automation and capabilities as you need them. We help not only from a tech perspective but also from a business perspective. How to best leverage technology. We are very much about controls and being able to provide best practices.”
I asked them how they empathize with non-tech-savvy clients. “We need to convey to the client that they don’t need to know everything,” says Jeremy. “Assure them it’s not their expertise and we are there to support them. You need to get ahead of it and make sure people don’t feel stupid. Encourage them to ask questions.”
What is IC360’s business philosophy?
Jeremy talks about how, back in the day when people still worked from offices, he would drop in to see how things were going. He often found clients had minor issues but didn’t report them because they “didn’t want to bother him.” How did he make people feel comfortable asking for help, even for minor things? “Empathy, and just be there to support them. No question is too big or too small to be answered.
After a successful three years, IC360 continues to grow, with a focus on managing customer security and data analytics.
I asked Jeremey how they make it work. “Just start. Action begets action.” He also recommends reading 100$ Startup by Chris Guillebeau. Adam adds, “make sure you have a plan but don’t be so rigid about it. Be flexible, you’ll figure it out as you go.”
He also suggests being picky about who you hire. “Make sure to get the best of the best. Are they in it for the right reasons? [At IC360], we do it the right way, not the easy way… it’s the quality of the team, we will hire junior staff, but the focus is on hiring quality.”
When it comes to customer service, IC360 is all about quality assurance. “We make sure everything that is done someone reviews and checks. There is a team mentality,” says Adam. All the individual skill sets are brought together to create the perfect whole.”

When asked about their experience with Zenbooks, Jeremy says, “It’s pretty straightforward. You’ve done a great job at Bookkeeping and providing an avenue for asking more advanced questions around accounting and bookkeeping when they arise. We’re happy with the service!”
