Jessica Wong, CPA, CA, is Director of Operations at Zenbooks, Canada’s leading online accounting firm for small and medium-sized businesses. She oversees Zenbooks’ fully remote accounting services team, making sure clients get accurate numbers, clear reporting, and a consistently great experience from onboarding through to monthly support.

Jessica built her career across public practice, hospitality, and outsourced finance roles, including staff accountant and controller positions, before joining Zenbooks to lead and scale the firm’s accounting services function. That mix of hands-on operational finance and client-facing advisory work gives her a practical view of what owner-managed businesses really need from their accounting partner.

At Zenbooks, Jessica focuses on building strong internal systems, mentoring senior and staff accountants, and helping implement cloud-based tools that keep clients’ books accurate and up to date. She is known inside the firm for her calm problem-solving, thoughtful feedback, and commitment to both client success and team culture.

Jessica is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and is based in British Columbia. Outside work, she volunteers with a local non-profit, where she uses her financial expertise to support community organizations and build meaningful relationships.
